I'm no fan of incarceration as a general means of punishment, but maybe Rikers Island will save this Lil' Wayne character's fucking life. Wayne doesn't have anything to do with "The Drought Is Over Series". This group known as the Empire have a stolen hard drive of Wayne's material and they leak it hence the name, "The Drought Is Over".
Wayne's probably still mad at these niggas for leaking so many of his records, I can't see him working with them on this.

Wayne is the Duke of SDN's and Soulja Boy is the Tar Heels. I'd have to liken R.Kelly to UCLA, very strong SDN presence even before there was a tourney.
